RULES OF THE GAUNTLET
How It Works
STEP 01
All Teams Qualify
All 6 teams advance to the Gauntlet after Event 7.
STEP 02
Points Set Penalty
Starting penalty = points behind leader × 10 seconds.
STEP 03
Player 1 Runs
Player 1 completes all 11 stations.
STEP 04
Tag In
Player 1 tags Player 2 at the start line.
STEP 05
Player 2 Runs
Player 2 repeats the full course — stops the clock.
STEP 06
Adjusted = Champion
Actual time + penalty. Lowest adjusted = Champion.
PENALTY FORMULA
Penalty = Points Behind Leader × 10s
The leaderboard leader starts clean at 0:00. Every other team adds 10 seconds for each point they trail the leader. Ties get the same penalty — Gauntlet rank breaks ties.

Gauntlet Rules
Gauntlet Qualification
Championship Final · All Teams
All 6 teams qualify for the Championship Gauntlet.
Starting Penalty
Leaderboard Advantage
The leader starts clean. Every team behind the leader starts with a 10-second penalty per point behind.
Single Item Retrieval Rule
Universal Skill Station Rule
During Gauntlet skill stations, the active player only gets one throwing item. If they miss, their teammate must retrieve that item and return it before the active player can try again. This continues until the active player completes the station.
Bypass Penalty Rule
Individual-Player Skip
An active player may bypass any specific Gauntlet station for any reason. Each bypass adds 30 seconds to the team's final adjusted time.
Team Relay Format
Two-Player Relay
Player 1 completes the full course, tags Player 2, then Player 2 repeats the full course.
